Access: Will someone be home to let us in? If not, please share gate or door codes and instructions on securing the home afterward.

Estimated Time: Your service has an estimated duration based on your home size and cleaning scope. If extra time or work is needed, we’ll notify you and adjust pricing accordingly.
Automated Messages: You’ll receive texts with reminders, invoices, and follow-ups. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
Payment: We send a secure online payment link through HouseCall Pro; Zelle, PayPal, or cash payments are also accepted.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $35 fee; same-day changes also incur this fee.

Parking & Access: Our truck-mounted equipment uses hoses run from the vehicle to your home. Please keep the path clear and remove any tripping hazards.
Pets: Secure pets during the cleaning for their safety and ours.
Water Access: Ensure there’s an outdoor water spigot available for technician refills if needed.
Furniture & Area Prep: We clean around large furniture unless moved beforehand. Please clear small items from floors for best results.
Automated Messages & Payment: You’ll get appointment reminders and invoices via text, with an option to opt out. Payment is through a secure link sent by HouseCall Pro; Zelle, PayPal, or cash are also accepted.
